Week of Work!

Hey Guys,

I’m sorry about the slight delay in posting but this week ha been a bit crazy. Monday was truly amazing. I met the CEO of Ferragamo, the ex-President of Valentino, and had a meeting with my well connected Luxury professor, Prof. Corbetta! After meeting with him, he proposed that I send him my resume and that he would forward it to some companies here (in particular Ferragamo and Zegna) in Milan for possible internship opportunities. Monday night I went out with fellow classmates to celebrate Marko’s birthday. Marko (Red Shirt) is a Croatian, MD, and has his own real estate company in the US. He is also a really great guy. Here are some pictures of the time we had. Charnae ended up making it work with Giovanni (see below) and I ended up sleeping over in Charnae’s bed instead of going all the way home. Needless to say, I felt like a hot mess the next day and even arrived late to class, which you all know I hate.

Tuesday I had aperitivo (or happy hour) with Adriano …. and his girlfriends. What does that mean, exactly? After meeting the friends, are we kinda official as boyfriend and boyfriend (however gay that sounds)? Anyway it was cool and I think his friends are fun and cute.

Wednesday I only had one class so I caught up on some US tv which was nice. My shows I am watching are ANTM and Glee. I finished True Blood but must get back on my Heroes tip. Please let me know if I am missing anything! Also let me know when Brothers and Sisters and Private Practice come back on, cause those are my shows too. On Wednesday I had lunch with a tennis friend Ivan. His fav Williams sister is Venus while mine is “in your face” Serena. Ivan is a good tennis player and has helped me get into the gay tennis scene here in Milan.

Overall, this week I felt overwhelmed. Not only am I looking for an internship here but I am also starting to apply to full time positions so I am kinda feeling it! I had to take Thursday off to get back on track and also make sure Cluster Q , the LGBT MBA club that I’m President of, is getting taken care of. I met up with Charnae for a cappucio (or cappuccino) and then met up with Ivan to go to my first Milan fashion show Albino (See some pics). So much fun! I met the designer after the show ( and did the kisses and ‘nice show’ thing that fashionistas do, it was cute).

After the show I went over to Charnae’s hous since it was a block away and we had a gelato, walked around, and discussed our lives and careers. She convinced me that I should go for the consulting firm Bain here in Milan. Honestly I was a bit intimidated to apply but I feel very confident about my application and chances and I know that it would be great for my career. Friday, I mainly relaxed and went to Duomo and looked around Montenapoleone (the Rodeo Drive/ Fifth Avenue of Milan). I was invited to a fashion show tonight (Saturday) that I may go to. I also went to the gay center to register for the volleyball league. It is every Tuesday and Thursday from 845-11pm and should be fun. Friday night I was supposed to meet up with Roberto, but I have concluded that he is crazy and should be avoided so I decided not to go; he is in phase out mode. There are some people that are too excited to meet up. I don’t like that. Anyway, I miss all of you and hope things are well. Ciao!

Reaping the rewards of hard work...

Hey Guys,

It is funny how things work out. The last time I wrote you I was getting ready to go to a mixer where I was going to meet Bocconi Alumni at some companies I was interested in. Those companies were specifically Bain, Larusmiani, Adidas, and Luxottica. I was most looking forward to the VP from Larusmiani but he ended up never showing up, which was quite disappointing. The Bain guy left early and the guy from Adidas and the woman fro Luxottica were messy, unorganized, and kinda turned me off of the companies. I spoe with the career services director and she told me she would personally email him and give us the introduction I need to get the ball rolling.

The funny thing is that before leaving for the event, I got a call from Versace (in Milan). They were very interested in my resume and had an internship position in the main office in the buying department. I told them that I had school from 8 to 2pm and that was a big turn off for them. They needed someone fulltime. So the representative gave me the phone number to call them back, and that’s what I did on Friday. We spoke about my situation and I explained that my main core of bschool courses end at the end of this month. Apparently it worked out perfectly because they don’t really need anyone until October so the Versace thing might work out. I have meetings with the department head at the end of this month to discuss the opportunity. After weighing in from friends like Charnae and my Mom, I came to realization that I would sacrifice not going to some classes to make this internship work.

Then I also got a touch back from the HR recruiter from Dolce and Gabbana. Although she said that they did not have any positions available, she informed me about a Retail Analyst position at Tom Ford, which I would be perfect for and she said she would forward my resume. What an amazing opportunity to work for him and the company. I feel fairly confident that I can get these positions, just because these positions have not been posted anywhere and I have a very good background. Although my Italian is not fluent fluent, it is proficient and can only get better as I work in an Italian working environment. I’m secret-ing the Tom Ford opportunity and secondarily secret-ing the Versace opportunity if the Tom Ford thing does not work out. I am fairly confident I will get at least one of these internships.

Other than that life has been focused on career and not men. Adriano cooked for me on Friday which scored major points with me, although I was still a tired sick mess. I then fell asleep as he cleaned up. Oh, we had pasta and liver. It was quite good! We handled the business but not all the way. I think next week will be the week it happens happens. I think he is getting real into me. We have a good relationship and talk ish to one another which is always fun and something I need. I spent the night with a Russian friend Gleb last night (Saturday). We handled most of the business but when it came to doing the dew, some members got soft. A little disappointing but what are you going to do. I think I need to call Alessandro to ‘hit the sides and work the middle’.

Anyway Monday is going to be clutch cause I am meeting with the current CEO of Ferragamo and the ex CEO of the Valentino Group. I also have a meeting with my other Luxury professor at 2pm. I have to be prepared for all of these meetings so tonight I will prepare for them. But only after Paolo and I have a gelato. Ciao!

Net WORKING!

Saturday, I went to the Duomo / Montenapoleone to visit the Larusmiani Store in preparation for my visit with the company employees/Bocconi alumni on Thursday evening. I received some information and spoke with the sales person for about 15-20 minutes. During that time a large crowd gathered outside of the store. Apparently Silvio Berlusconi (the Italian President) was at the CafĂ© across the street. There was a funeral earlier that day for a famed TV personality (think Ed McMahon of Italy) that the President attended. Anyway, I thought that was very cool. As I was walking back, I got a lot of cruising action. I mean I was looking cute with a violet v-neck (btw violet and deep purples are very in this season), tight jeans, boots, and a cute skinny faux alligator skin bag. A lot of people here don’t understand black beauty. People continue to tell me (at least 6 times since I’ve been here) that I resemble Will Smith, which couldn’t be farther from the truth, but that is just how they categorize me. I’ll take it, I love when people give me star quality T.

Saturday night Alessandro picked me up and took me to Bergamo which is a smaller city about 40 km away from Milan. It was nice tog et out of the city fro a bit. It was nice because there is a high city, which is on top of a mountain. It seriously looks like the old country that Sophia would talk about on Golden Girls. I have attached some pics from the place. What I enjoy about Ale and Adriano is their non-fearing attitude toward the public. I mean, they don’t care who sees them holding the small of my back, or my side, or kissing me. It is kinda crazy but I like it. Needless to say, Ale was romantic the entire night as we walked through this city where we needed to take a trolley just to get up and down the place. After the “high city” trip we went to the one gay bar in Bergamo, where of course I got quite a bit of attention and where we were that couple making out in the bar, I know I know. I don’t have pics of Ale cause he is shy and hates pics. I will try to get one of him this week with a little more charm. After the bar, we went to my place and did the do. Seriously, yall, this man is a freak in the bedroom, and I love it! Also what I like abouthim, is that he knows how to work it. For all my bottom girls out there (and my real girls out there), yo know how you hook up with a guy and it hurts for like DAYZ! With him there is no pain afterward, just this dull sensation to remind me of how good it was! I’m gagging just writing this mess to you all.

Sunday I leisurely got up, yes honey, I said leisurely! I got some homework done and met up with Fabio. We went shopping and had a.. you guessed it Gelato. We just chilled and talked. I did not hook up with him. He did end up asking me if I was seeing other people and I told him yes, but I didn’t tell him that I was sleeping with them. At the end of the day, you have to position and set yourself up for success! Monday I went to luxury class and had a meeting with my luxury professor after class. He gave me some great advice about the Luxury industry, the future of the industry according to him, and how I should go to Paris for true luxury! He also said some very interesting things about how to get a job in fashion and luxury here in Italy. He told me its all about fit and personality (and of course knowing Italian). I have to get these people to live for me and they will hire me. My competencies don’t matter as much. That was quite eye opening, especially coming from the states and an mba program where it is all about the bottom line and your value-add! I didn’t push for his contacts. I will organize another meeting with him and then push for that. That night I hung out with Adriano. Most restaurants were closed on Monday night so we ended up going to McDonalds. We then watch Meet Joe Black on tv and hooked up (except for pene). I had my magnums ready but I didn’t think it was the time so I put them back in my underwear drawer for another time. He was very intrigued by my Magnum condoms. Apparently regular condoms are really uncomfortable for him. Tuesday I stayed home because I wasn’t feeling well. Monday the weather changed dramatically to raining, ugly, grey colder weather. I think I was bit weak because of the weather change. I used the day to send out emails to people in the industry and got some touch backs from Benetton, Boggi, Versace, and Tommy Hilfiger. It was nice just staying home and not being out and about. Today (Wednesday) I went back to school and had my luxury classes! They were great. We discussed the case about the family firm Ferragamo. We will be meeting the CEO on Monday. We will also be meeting the ex of Naomi Campbell and ex CEO of Valentino Group on Monday. My Family Firms professor has mad contacts and I organized a meeting with him on Monday to build a better rapport with him. We also had a consultancy Spencer Stuart talk about employment in the Fashion and Luxury Industries. They said that great C-level managers have the following profiles:

Consultants - 5 years

Multinational firms – 5-10 years

Then Family Firm

It was a very interesting take since my route is to start with a family firm then go to a multinational firm. I spoke with the presenter and got his card. I will follow-up tomorrow with him about some contacts that he has as well. I know that he was interested in me for some reason because throughout the presentation he basically only looked at me. It was quite noticeable. Tomorrow I have I meeting with some Bocconi Alumns about industry information and job possibilities. I am targeting the VP fro Larusmiani, a Marketing manager at Adidas, and a Partner at Bain, and an Advertising Specialist at Luxxotica (luxury eyewear). Please wish me luck tomorrow. This could be the beginning of it all! People as you can tell, the story this week is CONTACTS, CONTACTS, CONTACTS!

I also have dinner with my friend Freddy on Thursday night. Friday I have a meeting with my Field Project group and then in the nighttime, Adriano will be cooking for me so that should be cute.

Oh, on Monday I did my laundry. It costs about 7.5 Euros or about 10 bucks so I think I will be doing my laundry at adriano’s house from now on, hahaha. Also I am into “Nanny Show” that they have here. Its so different than in the States or Germany. Generally here, the mother is too crazed and overbearing and the husband does nothing. This makes the job of the nanny easy. It is still quite entertaining to watch. I am also starting to get involve with the gay volleyball and tennis groups here so that should be quite interesting and fun! I will keep you updated on that!

Hmmmm. My Life as a Covergirl

Hey Guys,

There was so much I wanted to say in the last post but it was pretty long already so I thought I would split it up.Wednesday night after the SDA Bocconi party (that Charnae begged me to go to) and consequently I’m happy about attending, I met another classmate Lydia who also worked at the Versace brand (pic attached). We decided to rule the world together as we are the big fashion people in the class. She also won the European Business Plan competition with a concept like Bag, Borrow, Steal in the European Region. She is Croatian and fierce. I might work on that with her., which is pretty exciting. She ultimately wants to work for Prada (which I hear is horrible to work for) but who am I to ruin a dream.

Then there is Kerim, my Turkish brother who is a cutie patootie and who is teaching me a lot of Turkish swear words, which I love! He also tells me that Anwar or Anwash is a Turkish name, so he and the rest of the Turkish students love me. This is a pic of him and me at the SDA Bocconi party. He has been going out with this girl in our class from Serbia. They started living together after 11 days of school. Unfortunately they will have t break up after they graduate as she must go back to Serbia and her father won't allow her to marry a Muslim man. I thought this was sad. I am trying to encourage her to stay in Italy and be with Kerim. It is obvious that they really love each other.

Another picture is of Charnae and homeboy (ignore the new student in the middle who is quite jolly). We call him Glasses but his name is Michele (pronounced Mik-I-ele). He is head of the Wine club and has facial structure for days. His body is also really tight. So he is Charnae’s mission for the time we are here. The other picture is of her and Francesco, homeboy giving her “Come to Genova with me T"

I ended up leaving the party at 130am which was a bit too late because the subway closes at 1230am every weekday, which makes no sense but welcome to Italy where nothing is opened 24-7. So I had to walk for about a half an hour to get to the Duomo (center of town, where I could catch a bus to Milan’s Central Station. SF People think Marina to Castro, NY Peeps think midtown to Columbia, Oxnard Peeps think Hollywood Beach to 4700 Webster Drive. When I got to Central Station I had to sit down a second. A strange man sat next to me which was very weird seeing how it is a huge station. He offered me a smoke, a beer, to listen to his Romanian music on his MP3 player. He ended up telling me that he had a wife in Romania, a girlfriend in Milan, and 2 boys and 3 girls that he ‘managed’ on the streets. When I heard that I left immediately. I’m not the one! I ended up getting home at like 3am.

Friday, I had a meeting with the Director of Career Services and I think it went well. She was able to tell me what contacts the school had and also gave me a sense of what companies pay well and have relevant positions for MBAs and which companies don’t.

They have connections at LVMH, Adidas, Larusmiani (think quick trajectory VP in 2-4 years), Timex Group (watches), Yoox Group (Online Retailer), Ferrari/Maserati, and Feretti (Yachts). Leaving the meeting, I really did feel like working in Italy/Europe is going to be a very realistic goal. I can’t really believe it! The Director Alessandra also informed me about an Alumni/Student get together next Thursday where she will introduce me to the people at Timex and Larusmiani, so Thursday will be clutch.

Socially, after I sent my last blog post I hooked with this guy Alessandro. 31, 5’10 180. Thick son of a MAN! In Italy we call those guys MANZO! Seriously some of the best sex I have ever had. Let’s just say he was ridiculously oral….. everywhere! Hahahahahh. I’ve never had my feet licked until Thursday night, and you know what, I like it! Anyway, after hooking up with him I showered and met my friend Roberto to go to this club Delight, where my friend Fabian ( owner of www.rnbjunk.com) was partnering with the club that night. It ended up being a tad lame and I was a bit tired to be honest. So I went home around 1230am (yes honey, I caught the train, no more Romanian pimps for me, thank you).

Last night I met with Adriano (pic attached) at Duomo where we had Aperitivo at a bar, where they offer a free buffet when you order drinks. I had a Bellini if anyone is familiar with that (Champagne and Strawberry Juice). We then walked to this huge castle in Milano and sat near it and just chatted (and kissed).

At the Castle…

After that we went to my house and hooked up (everything but pene). But seriously yall, he was packin, like 9 or 10, no lie. Like sometimes I joke about Ketchup bottles, but it really does exist, and I couldn’t deal. It was very thick in the middle and then curved up. Ok how can I explain this…

It's like an y=x ^1/2 graph.

Are you all gagging? You should be. Also when I was with Adriano, I got calls from Alessandro, Fabio, and Maurizio. You guys, how am I going to be able to manage these men? Please give any suggestions.. Thank you. Oh, and I shaved my head so now my eyes really pop and the men can’t deal.

End of Second Week

Hey Guys. Sorry about not writing earlier. This week is was difficult because school wasn’t new anymore and the ability to wake up at 630 became increasingly difficult. Anyway, I’m here now so lets get down to the nitty-gritty. School has been going well, I have been participating in class and contributing amazing points which has been good not just as representing myself and Columbia in the school but also representing people of color. I was able to drop Regulation and Antitrust which is such a relief for me. This means I only have one 830 class on Thursday. I decided to accept the AltaGamma project. I am going to be an internal consultant for the group and hopefully make some string contacts within the organization. At the same time, I’m looking for other opportunities at Armani, Larusmiani, and Loro Piana. Wish me luck on that!

The most amazing thing happened on Wednesday. I met the only other black person in the school. She is an exchange student from UCLA Anderson, by the name of Charnae Morris. She knows everyone I know at UCLA, including Lucy Milligan, with whom I went to boarding school and Julianne Cuellar, with whom I worked at J.D. Power and Associates. She was also in Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) so you know we became family immediately. The other students in the school kinda don’t know what to do. She is assertive, funny, crazy, messy, intelligent, and beautiful. She has helped me integrate into the student body more. I even went out to an aperitivo last night and got to chill with many of my classmates. It was cute. She met a boy from Genova (Francesco) who she will probably hang out with tonight. Just to give you a sense of what these boys are giving; Nae and I were sitting down and these two guys sat down and started talking with us. Francesco feel in love with Charnae immediately and started talking that “you must come to genova with me” T, like only Italians can do. They are so charming its sick. She ended up walking around with him and kissing him, which is very reminiscent of my Tuesday night. I will tell t later in this post about that. Anyway, it turns out she has mad history with Italian boys, so she gets my T and I get hers!

I have set up a meeting tomorrow (Friday) with the head of career services to get my career life together here. I told myself that I would do career stuff every Sunday to center myself for the next week. I think this school will give me some inside contacts with Larusmiani, LVMH, and Adidas, which are all amazing companies. I also set up a meeting with my Luxury professor on Monday after class so he can give the heads up on the industry and I will ask him if he knows anyone who needs help with some project work. I think it will be a good meeting.

Now for the Men section of my blog, yes, the one you all really care about. I just want all my friends to know that my sisters and mom read this blog and give me major (fun) shade about my adventures. It is very funny. Sunday I met with Carlo, which was cute. He is an accountant a local bank here. We met near where I live and then went to Porta Venezia Park which was cute and crowded. He told me about Italian politics and I told him about American politics and Obama (in my eyes). Then he had to go get ready for dinner and I had to see Fabio dancing at the Duomo so, I had him drive me to Fabio, do you see how that works, and I how I had to make that work. When we arrived I went in the double kisses and he laid one on me. He was a great kisser but I started cracking up when it happened because I realized that I can’t go anywhere without kissing an Italian boy. In my head, I was thinking, ok, lets add another to the list! I then saw Fabio dance but he was tired so went home shortly after his performances. Monday I was suppose to have a date with Lorenzo, this cute shaved head 28 year old man. He stood me up though with the excuse that his work held him over and his cell was empty. I immediately cut him out of rotation. I don’t have time to waste! That night, I had Gelato with Francesco, someone I met online who is interested in friendship which is what I need right now. We chatted for a while after the gelato and then I went home, no kiss! Thank you lord. Francesco ended up making me an Italian dinner on Wednesday which was amazing, although he tried to go in for the kiss. I gave him a hug and he was on my neck. I pulled away calmly and said my byes. Tuesday I had coffee with a Maurizio and saw some Milanese art near the center of town. In the evening time, I had dinner with Adriano, a cute blue eyed dirty blonde boy. We had a pizza dinner and had a nice time. He walked me to the subway and proceed to kiss me in front of the subway stop. That was crazy and I had to stop since I don’t know the culture and area (Navigli) to be doing all that. He charmingly assured me that its fine and that he did it with his ex-bf all the time. I knew he was into me because he was just staring at me all during dinner. You know the stare; I WANT TO RAVAGE YOU stare. Maybe some of you don’t, no shade, but shade. Tonight is Thursday night and I am meeting a new guy, Pino for gelato right now. Tomorrow, I will meet Giancarlo at 4pm at my place to handle some business, you know the T and Adriano at 8pm at the Duomo. Should be an interesting day. I also had a Russian friend Gleb who is a cook and now living in Rome wanting to stay with me for the weekend since he had a three day weekend, but I had to tell him I was going to Switzerland. Gleb looks like my German ex Michael but he has a lot of tattoes and is very thick. He too wants to ravage me, girls! Anyway, earlier in the week I came to the realization that I was losing myself in all these men and I needed to calm down a bit. What you do you all think? Like Carrie said, “ the wedding got bigger than big” and for me “the men are getting bigger than Milan”.

First Week of Classes!

Hey everyone,

So I have completed my first week of classes and all that I can say is…. I’m Exhausted! Waking up at 630am every morning will take some time to get used to, but it is definitely doable. Classes are pretty easy. There is not that much work and many students here have checked out anyway. I am a bit surprised that so many people come to class late and how loud they are sometimes during class or during presentations from Career Services. It will take some time to get used to that. Friday I had a meeting with Stefania Saviolo, the director of the MAFED program about the project I will be working on. It is a lame project about luxury and the crisis. It is the kind of project I have done hundreds of times from undergrad courses to my market research experience, to my fashion experience. I believe on Monday I will tell her that I don’t think the project will serve me and that I will have to respectfully decline the project. We will see how that works out, hahah. Given the disappointment of the project, I have put my hustle skills in clutch mode and have been reaching out to many people about stages aka internships. Anyway, I finally got an Internet Key for my computer so I can have Internet from home, which will and already has drastically changed my life.

Socially, the rest of the week was crazy. Thursday, I hooked up with a guy named GianCarlo (flip/flop T). This means that I was both topping and bottoming. Then showered and had dinner (salami pizza) and the met up with a guy named Fabio. We had a gelato, walked around a bit, and ultimately ended up at my house where we also hooked up. Things were going a bit too fast so we didn’t have sex (penetration T) but basically did everything else. He was way into receiving oral but no reciprocation so I had to call him out on that. After the call out, everything was fine. I’m just not the one to feel like a blowup doll, you know. Anyway, I was so exhausted after school on Friday that I just passed out even though I was supposed to have dinner with Paolo (had caffe with him on Tusday) but I guess I will see him sometime next week. Saturday I woke up late, made myself some eggs, potatoes, and sausage and straightened up a bit. I then went to school to go on the internet. Surprisingly my study group was there about to work on homework due on Monday. So I stayed and finished the project. After that I played basketball at a park across the street from the school with some other SDA Bocconi students. It was fun to get back on the court after a while. I played pretty well. I will definitely play on their team during the MBA cup later this month when all the business schools compete in different sporting events. After that I got my internet key and went home and chatted a bit.

You have to understand that when I knew I was coming to Milan I change immediately started finding contacts in the city. Some many of these guys I am meeting are guys I have been chatting with for a while. Friday night I met a with a friend Robert (who is crazy for Americans and speaking English). We went to Elephant and Mono, the two gay clubs that are about 10-15 minutes walking distance from where I live. Elephant was a chil younger bar and Mono was huge. No one was actually in the club though. The basically took over the intersection where the bar was located. I was a bit shocked to see lik at least 500-600 men on the street just standing around looking pretty. It was a bit to take in, but it was cute. Today I will go to a salsa bacchiata performance of Fabio’s at 130 and then meet with another friend of mine Carlo for a gelato and then probably do some Italian and cover letter work. Monday I am supposed to meet with Giancarlo again but I don’t know if I will. I also have a caffe meeting with a guy named Adriano after school on Monday. I am so thankful of the project management skills I have, otherwise I would be a hot mess right now trying to keep these Italian men together, honey.

The man low down for the first week:

Fabio

Paolo

Carlo

Giancarlo

Roberto

Piero

Adriano

Lorenzo ( I still have to meet with)

Ivan

Vedran

It has been a very interesting first week and a half here!

Ohhhh, also, I have two crushes at school. They are both exchange students. The first one is from the University of British Columbia. His name is Sean Clark. He is cute, well-spoken, and NATIVE! LOVE IT! I live for his skin tone. I think he might be family, but we will see. The other one is Stephan Andrade from ESADE. He is a French, Spanish, Portuguese guy who gives me FEVER with his Asian green eyes. When I say Asian, I mean no eyelid T. We flirt, but I think he is straight; he just flirts with everything because of his French roots I believe. He was at basketball and terribly bad. I love hot guys who are horribly bad at sports! Anyway, I will continue to work on that and keep you updated.

First 2 Days of School

Hey Everyone,
I hope everyone is well. I have had a great first 2 days of school. There are about 30 students in my class. I am taking the Strategy and Innovation concentration. So far I have had the following classes:
Luxury in Italy
Family Firms in Italian Luxury Firms
Corporate Political Strategies
Strategic Design of a Multinational Firm

You all already know that I have loved the luxury classes. My classmates are so international. I have spoken Italian, Spanish, English, German, and a bit of Turkish everyday. It has been great. My classmates have been very nice. The weather continues to be perfect here so I can't help but be happy. The apartment is working out well and I will post pics this weekend probably.
The homework is starting this Friday. SDA Bocconi seems to be a party school. They go out together about 4-5 ties a week for happy hours or aperitivos that usually last from 5 to 10pm. Everyone usually has lunch after classes at 1:30. They seem to be a close bunch. I am glad there are lots of exchange students. I would say there are 20 exchange students out of the 100 people in the program. My meeting with the Masters in Fashion Director has been moved up to Friday. She will give me the low down on the project then but she told me on the phone today that the internship will last until December which is also exciting. She already warned me about a meeting with Altagamma (http://www.altagamma.it/) on Monday, which is the LUXURY association in Italy. All the luxury brands belong to this association. I will keep updated on the company and work I will be doing.
Now for the social life....
I met up with a friend of mine after school by the name of Ivan. He is a doctor here in Milano and has eyes to die for. We had coffee and then I just went home. Nothing happened! Haahaha. On Tuesday I met up with a friend I had been chatting with for while, Paolo. He just came back from Turkey and we had a cold coffee after my classes. He and I will probably have dinner on either Thursday or Friday night. Tuesday night I had a walk and an ice cream with another friend of mine, Piero, who I met when I got here. When ended up making out when I got back to my place. It was cute and he was way into to me. I will you all posted on what comes of it.

I have told myself when I am here that I, like Jim Carrey, will be a YES man. To all of those things I would usually say no to while in the US, I will say yes too(except to country music, no shade, I just can't do it).
Until Next Time,
Ciao,
Anwar
